Includes 8 visits per year to either the GP or the Spa or a mix of both – flex as you need them*
- GP Appointments (*up to 4 GP visits per year, book as you need them)
- Spa Sessions including water access and any 1 hour treatment from our spa menu
- Beauty Essentials Hour - choose any two 30 minute treatments from our beauty menu per visit
- PLUS 2 FREE guest passes to water therapy (to be used when you are using the spa session service)

Includes 12 visits per year to either the GP or the Spa or a mix of both – flex as you need them*
- GP Appointments (*up to 6 GP visits per year, book as you need them)
- Spa Sessions including water access and any 1 hour treatment from our spa menu
- Beauty Essentials Hour - choose any two 30 minute treatments from our beauty menu per visit
- CACI Non-Surgical Face Lift 1 hour treatment
- SkinPen Microneedling (maximum 6 per year as per guidelines)
- PLUS 4 FREE guest passes to water therapy (to be used when you are using the spa session service)

12 Monthly Payments of £100.00
Additional Joint Family Members
We allow you to add additional joint family members (18+ and living at the same address) to your membership for a one-off fee of £1000 or alternatively, 12 monthly payments of £83.33. Not applicable to GP & Spa Flex Memberships.

FREE Children's Membership
Children (5 – 18 years old) are included free of charge with any adult membership. Not applicable to GP & Spa Flex Memberships.

Enjoy a healthcare experience designed for you. Every membership delivers 7‑day GP availability, including early mornings and evenings, plus unlimited consultations. You can also opt to include well-being add-ons and receive expert support tailored specifically to your health needs.
Every new member on the complete packages starts their journey with a detailed health assessment designed to give a complete picture of your wellbeing:
- 1-hour “Getting to Know You” appointment with our GP Clinical Director
- Full review of medical history
- Physical examination as appropriate
- ECG (heart trace) analysed by a cardiologist
- Baseline blood tests and urinalysis
- Lifestyle and risk factor review
You’ll then return for a follow-up consultation (1 hour) to discuss your results and work with your GP to set personalised health goals for the year ahead.
- Appointments available 7 days a week
- Choice of in-person, phone, or video consultations
- Early morning and late appointments available by pre-arrangement
- Prescription services and documentation (sick notes, referral letters) included
- Electronic prescriptions delivered to your pharmacy or home (small charge applies)
Need further care? We can refer you directly to private consultants across all medical specialities, or back into NHS services, without needing to see your NHS GP.

Both of our packages offer fully comprehensive access to our private GP services. If you opt for the Complete Package you will gain the added benefit of a Fully Comprehensive Health Review which includes: 1-hour “Getting to Know You” appointment, full review of medical history, physical examination as appropriate, ECG (heart trace), baseline blood tests, urinalysis, lifestyle and risk factor review.
Important Note
We recommend all members remain registered with an NHS GP to retain access to free services such as screening programmes, vaccinations and emergency care.
