Yesterday, Dr Catherine was invited to speak at the Lord Mayor of Chester’s Pink Chai Charity Event in support of breast cancer awareness. The event brought the community together to highlight the importance of early detection and practical steps everyone can take to protect their health.

During her talk, Dr Catherine discussed key risk factors that can influence breast cancer, ways to support prevention through lifestyle choices and the vital role of regular self-checking. She also delivered a clear step-by-step demonstration on how to check your breasts with confidence, helping attendees understand what to look for and when to seek advice.
